In spite of the fact that it is one of the most well-known manga and anime series of all time, the primary storyline of this franchise is quite long. It has been collected into 72 volumes, and the anime adaptation of it has more than 700 episodes.

Fans who pay the closest attention may be able to pick up on some minor inaccuracies in Masashi Kishimoto's work, despite the fact that these errors do not in any way impede the development of the story or affect how it is told.

As a result, we made the decision to compile a list of five mistakes in the Naruto anime and manga that you probably aren't aware of.

Itachi's forehead protector

In the Naruto manga, chapter 142 takes place during a brief portion of Kakashi's struggle against Itachi. During this fight, it is possible to notice at least two frames in which Itachi's forehead protector with the Konoha insignia appears without the risk that is typical of Akatsuki members.

The Fourth Raikage's left arm

Even though the Fourth Raikage lost his left arm in the battle against Sasuke, the manga artist decided to draw it during one of the scenes from the World War Four arc in which all five Kage appear together. This is the scene in which the manga artist decided to draw the Fourth Raikage's left arm. This error was corrected in the version that was animated.

Hidan's Amulet

 In the manga, Hidan's Jashin amulet is depicted as a triangle, and the point of the triangle points upwards. However, in the anime, the tip of the triangle points downwards. The only time this is not the case is in a brief scene in episode 75 of Naruto Shippuden.

Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan Switched Colors

Still referring to the minor animation mistakes, the colors of Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan are inverted in episode 124 of Naruto Shippuden. The bottom of the eye turns black, and the design appears in red, similar to the pattern that we saw in Sasuke's eyes. This error is identical to the one that occurred in the previous episode.

Nagato's Rinnegan

Last but not least, the colors that were selected to depict Nagato's Rinnegan during the Kazekage Rescue Mission arc were inaccurate. This was due to the fact that the Rinnegan had not yet been illustrated with colors in the manga at the time.
